Because the diagnosis and procedure codes no longer valid for FY 2026 are not reflected in the test software, we are making available a supplemental file in Tables 6P.1a and 6P.1b that includes the mapped Version 43 FY 2026 ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes and the deleted Version 42 FY 2025 ICD-10-CM and Version 42.1 ICD-10-PCS codes that should be used for testing purposes with users available claims data. Users have access to the test software allowing them to build case examples that reflect the proposals included in the proposed rule. "
